On another note, maybe you shed some light on another pdf issue? Have you ever seen vector images showing through from behind and psd image when the pdf has been printed from indesign?

Exporting fixes the problem but since I need the inbooklet part, I have to print to pdf.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to discuss this sort of thing. Ignore me if so!
