Like yourself, I saw it as a good thing to have conflicts - way better to have two sessions that you want to see at the same time than one stream you don't want to see. I've been catching up on the ones I didn't get to see via blog posts just like this one and the slides on slideshare - the podcasts aren't far away and that will help too.
